J. Hutchins Haese
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Haese joined MTR in September 2005. He has over 30 years of banking experience, prior to becoming involved as Chief Financial Officer for his own company, and later, for a very successful residential builder and land developer in Rockville, Maryland and Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Haese is responsible for the day-to-day financial concerns of the company, and is the main point of contact for all loans, equity procurement, and investor relations. Mr. Haese was involved in the legislation to allow special development taxing district bond financing in Maryland, and was largely responsible for the issuance and closing of two major bond issues in Anne Arundel and Prince Georges Counties.

Mr. Haese is a graduate of Arizona State University (1972), holding Bachelor of Science joint degrees in Business Administration/Real Estate Law, and Marketing. He is a registered speaker with the Urban Land Institute, and has taught numerous seminars on Real Estate Valuation and Problem Loan Workouts. Mr. Haese is Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Marc Rose
President

Mr. Rose joined his father in the operation of all aspects of the business in 1992. Marc's experience stems from his apprenticeship with his father, who has guided his training through all aspects of the operation, from common labor through his present role as President.

Prior to joining the company, Marc attended and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Marc has attended numerous seminars and discussion groups on land development, environmental protection, SMART development principals, and is very active in all the builder/developer political advisory committees in the states in which we do business. Marc is the Chairman of the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees and the Washington Area Custom Builders Council. Marc is also co-chair of the Membership Committee for the 2009 MNCBIA president, Tom Farasy.

James Marr
Vice President Construction

Mr. Marr joined MTR in August of 2006. He has over 20 years of construction experience, starting as a construction laborer, then to superintendent and eventually rose to his current position as Vice President and Director of Construction for several active builders in the Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware markets before accepting his position at MTR. His background includes an extensive background in construction management and bidding/estimating software. Mr. Marr is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all construction activities, development of budgets, and the supervision of all sub-contracting activities.

Mr. Marr is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College, with a specialty in Architectural Engineering. He is active in the Maryland National Capital Builders Association, and the Maryland Home Builders Association. Mr. Marr is a member of the Executive Committee.
